About Me

I am an IFS Practioner Level 2 and I welcome you to my practice. I currently live in Europe but am from the US and have spent most of my adult life living in Mexico, which I have always considered my second home. I received a Masters degree in Translation and Interpretation and while I loved helping increase communication and understanding between people, I have discovered that my true committment and passion is to help increase communication between the parts that we all have living inside us.
